Ministry officers should complete this form at a minimum of 2 weeks prior to selling any items to allow time for creation of the form(s), publishing to the app/website, and training of ministry person(s) on using it. Officers have the option of having sales forms for internal use only so that cash/check/credit card can be received at the computer tables only or the sales forms can be made available to also be published on the website and church app as well.
