The Media Team exists to help Orchard Knob Baptist Church ministries communicate effectively and consistently. We are responsible for maintaining the overall branding, voice, and presence of the church across all platforms. This form is designed to assist ministries in adding approved OKMBC events to the outward facing Website's event calendar, making corrections or approved updates to existing web pages, or creating new web pages.
Submitting a request through this form assumes you are planning ahead and providing as much notice as possible. We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for smaller requests (such as updates or event additions) and more lead time for new webpage builds. This helps ensure we have adequate time to deliver high-quality work that aligns with the church’s overall mission and presentation.

If the event or requested change has
NOT been approved by the Pastor, Elder, or Deacon that's over your minstry;
1. For EVENTS, you must complete the
Facility Use Form first to get approval and be on the internal events calendar.
2. For CHANGES/UPDATES to the website/web pages, you simply need to discuss this with the Pastor or your elder/deacon. For simple corrections to existing information, continue with the form.
