The Media Team exists to help Orchard Knob Baptist Church ministries communicate effectively and consistently. We are responsible for maintaining the overall branding, voice, and presence of the church across all platforms. This form is designed to assist ministries in adding events to the event calendar, making updates or corrections to existing pages, or creating new web pages.
Submitting a request through this form assumes you are planning ahead and providing as much notice as possible. We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for smaller requests (such as updates or event additions) and more lead time for new webpage builds. This helps ensure we have adequate time to deliver high-quality work that aligns with the church’s overall mission and presentation.
Please note: For requests such as form creation (event registrations, sales, etc.), Zoom events, social media/website requests, money collection, or special collection funds in Breeze or Givelify, use the Ministry Sales Form.
